The subjects in this series, taken from Romans 6-8 are, in my opinion, the most
important sermons which I could ever preach. I say this because of their practicality
with reference to daily life. This has been borne out by the central place of Romans in
church history since the Reformation. There is little dispute in the church that Romans is
a very significant part of the Bible. It is the key to the gospel, and anyone who wishes to
understand the impact of what Jesus Christ had done must understand Romans. Within
the epistle itself, I would say that the most profound and significant part, if there were
such a thing, would be chapters 6-8. These three chapters comprise our area of
concentration and I trust that the Lord Jesus will give us courage, insight, and wisdom
into His word.............
